Zone studio Design will sketch concept drawings to be turned into working drawings by Architects .

Phase #1 - Free consultation
We begin by assessing the possibilities of your home and your desired design direction, as well as budgetary and timeline considerations. This is
the time for you to discuss your wish list of photos and style ideas, and for me to explain the details of the way we work.
Items addressed in the initial 30-minute meeting:
• Project type and location
• MA Design contract review
• Project time frame: start date& end date
• Existing drawings if possible
• Project Budget
• Personal style (traditional or contemporary for example), specific likes and dislikes, and Life style needs such as entertaining or hobbies
• Expectations and goals throughout the design process from your side

Phase #2 - Preparatory meeting
• Give the customer a time schedule.
• Give the customer an initial cost estimate (ROM).

Phase #3 - Signing the contract
• Sign contract and collecting deposit from customer
Phase #4 - Design
This is the phase when ideas and inspiration flows, and we begin work on the creative aspects of your individual design.
• Create construction drawings and present layouts, sketches, and drawings of specification details to assist your understanding of the finished
product or design.
Select furnishings, finishes, and fabrics.
• Prepare and organize presentations, including options for each necessary component.
• Measure and catalog existing furniture or art pieces to carry over to the new design.
• Review of recommendations for your project.
• Create construction drawings and present layouts, sketches, and drawings of specification details to assist your understanding of the finished
product or design.

Phase #5 - Detailed cost estimate (B.O.Q)
Upon completion of the design phase, we begin pricing the options you have chosen, the process of pricing your project is very detail oriented.
• We consult with our subcontractors on each component of your selections to make sure they are priced properly. Any changes made can affect final price, something as simple as a paint color or wood species will reflect the custom nature of your project in a price adjustment even after the initial proposal. Many individual components often makeup a single items, therefore we must take the time necessary to properly complete our proposals.
• Organize specifications by room and enter each component into the proposal with a photograph for correct reference.
• Present selections with pricing and pictures in proposal form for you to approve and return with a deposit.
• We consult with our subcontractors on each component of your selections to make sure they are priced properly. Phase #6 - Procurement ( Materials / Furniture )
Once this phase is complete, we take deposits on all items chosen and proceed with the execution phase.
• We will place your orders and provide progress updates as soon as we start receiving acknowledgements. Please keep in mind that unforeseen delay soccur that may change estimated delivery dates.
• We typically do one installation of all ordered products, so there may be some storage fees accrued along with receiving .You may install in
phases if desired, however the storage costs are normally lower than the additional delivery fees. We feel that one installation does give maximum impact when showcasing your new design.

• We will monitor the execution phase for all items throughout our 3 phases of quality control (preparatory, initial and follow-up phase).
• Before any activity starts we will have an initial meeting with you on the job site to take your approval on the mock-up and your blessing to proceed.
• Each activity shall not be 100 % complete until your signature for approval.
• Monthly invoices and progress schedules shall be submitted and approved prior to proceeding with the following month.
